The Tuesday night Skills Clinic is back for another season.
The Clinic will be held on September 13, 20, 27 and October 4, 2022.
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Sandhill Fields
The clinic is open only to players signed up for the Fall Recreational season and on a team U8 or older.
Players will be coach by Director of Coaching Bill Swontek and other travel team coaches.
No sign up is required. Just show up at the fields on these Tuesday nights and be prepared to work on soccer skills and have some fun.
There is currently planned a coaches meeting to occur prior to opening day.

Each team u8 and older can/will practice once a week on either Monday or Thursday
at either 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm or 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
or Tuesday 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
First team practice may occur during the week prior to opening day.

Players will be grouped by birth year. We group two birth years together so that we can properly populate each age group in order to create a league with 10 – 12 teams per age group with 10-12 players on each roster.

Birth Years: 2012 and 2013 (PDP will compete in this age group in the spring 2022 season.)
Birth Years: 2014 and 2015
Our PDP (Player Development Program) will be competing in this age group in the fall. Our recreational program is a platform for our athletes and their families to make the move to the select/travel level. The PDP group are those players looking to make the move to the next level. Recreational parents can now see the PDP product on display each week during the recreational season. PDP will compete in the u10 division in the spring of 2022 season. All PDP players are born in 2014.

How do I sign up on the website?
1) Go to www.HenlopenSoccerClub.org
2) Click “Programs” and go to the Recreation page. Click on the blue line for Register for Spring 2022 Recreational Program.
3) If you have already created an account on this system, enter your username and password to sign in to your account. If you have not created an account, please do so. You must enter the parent/guardian information first. Then you will be able to add your child’s information.
4) Once you have created your profile and your child(rens) profile, programs will pop up based on your child’s birth date.
5) Please answer the questions and finish registration with paying by Visa, MasterCard.
Can my child play in an older division?
In most cases, Henlopen Soccer Club encourages players to play in their appropriate age group. A request to play up can be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be reviewed for approval.

Will games be played at more than one location?
No. All games will be held Saturday mornings at Sandhill Sports Complex, Sandhill Road, Georgetown
Will my child have a team practice during the week?
Teams that are u8 and older will have one practice per week.
Will the players get uniforms?
Players will receive a Jersey prior to their first game. Players are required to provide their own shorts, shin guards, soccer cleats, a soccer ball and knee-high socks.
Will size soccer ball does my child need?
U4, U6: Size 3
U8, U10, U12: Size 4
U15: Size 5
What should I expect the first day of the season?
Parents should expect to arrive early to meet with their teams and collect their jersey from their coach. Jerseys will be distributed on the field before their game. There will be an information table available to help direct parents/players to fields.
