Division Details

All roster sizes and the number of players to be used on the field at one time will be announced, once the rosters and game schedules have been set.

Ages 12 - 14 (U15)

Ages 10 and 11 (U12)

Ages 8 and 9 (U10)

Ages 6 and 7 (U8)

Our PDP (Player Development Program) will be competing in this age group. Our recreational program is a platform for our athletes and their families to make the move to the select/travel level. The PDP group are those players looking to make the move to the next level. Recreational parents can now see the PDP product on display each week during the recreational season.

Ages 4 and 5 (U6)

Each field will hold two teams. The first 30 minutes of the one-hour session will consist of a mini training session/fun game. The session will be centered around the provided coaching curriculum. The second 30 minutes of the one-hour session will consist of a small sided game against the other team on the field.

Ages 2 and 3 (U4)

Will play a Multiple Ball Scrimmage*

The first 30 minutes of the one-hour session will consist of a training session/fun game. The activities will be outlined in the issued coaching guide. The second 30 minutes will be a small sided game where the team will split into two groups and play against each other.

*Multiple Ball Scrimmage: This is a modified scrimmage that is
designed to maximize player participation at the youngest ages.
The general principles of a scrimmage remain the same. Players
are divided into two teams who play from end to end as normal.
The significant difference is the use of multiple balls on the field.

I would like to volunteer as a manager but I am not sure what is involved?

The main role of the manager is to organize and communicate with team players and their parents. Managers are encouraged to send out a weekly email to their respective teams to remind them of training activities and any other league events. **This year we will be using RainedOut- An SMS based system to notify parents and managers of cancelled practices and games. Text HenlopenSC to 84483 to sign up for notifications!
